Posted by Geraldine in : My Super Proposal , trackbackWe got home yesterday after a 2-day stint in Chicago spent recording an episode of Oprah and running frantically around the art museum looking for Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte, but not in that order.
The painting was one of the more remarkable things I’ve seen.
For something slightly less remarkable, I recommend watching me and Rand on tomorrow’s episode of Oprah.

Aww! I am so glad you guys liked it. We actually haven’t seen it yet, since it doesn’t air until 4pm and we’re on the west coast.
It was kind of a hectic two days. Surprisingly, Rand and I weren’t nervous at all when we actually had to go on stage (though Rand didn’t say very much).
I watched Oprah today and saw your story and I have to say that this was the greatest response to a proposal I have ever seen or heard about. Geraldine’s response was incredible…. you could see how amazingly surprised she was as well as how happy. You two are great together. I wish you two a very happy and wonderful life together. Thank you for sharing your story. [Though now I think there are a lot of men that have high expectations to meet!

Congrats guys! I just saw the story on the evening episode of Oprah! What an awesome couple….you guys are obviously so in love.
